Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by contacting sale@marzban.ae or +971521956190.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery if they are:

    • Defective or damaged

    • Incorrect item delivered

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and receipts.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Software or digital downloads

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping for defective or wrong items is covered by Marzban Mobile Phones LLC.

  • Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

  • Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.

  • Physical damage or misuse is not covered under warranty.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We’re sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet.
Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days (depending on your location and selected shipping method).

If your estimated delivery time has passed, please:
1.  Check your tracking link — you can find it in your confirmation email or on the Track Your Order page.

2.  Verify your delivery address — ensure all details are correct.

3.  Contact our support team at sales@marzban.ae with your order number for quick assistance.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our delivery partners do not operate on public holidays, so any orders placed during those days will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may be slightly delayed during holiday seasons or peak sale periods, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we deliver to most areas across the United Arab Emirates.
To confirm delivery to your location, simply enter your address details during checkout — if delivery is available in your area, you’ll see the shipping options automatically.

If your postcode isn’t supported, don’t worry — contact our support team at sales@marzban.ae, and we’ll do our best to arrange alternative delivery or pickup options.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We currently offer next-day delivery for select products and locations within the UAE.
Availability depends on your delivery address and the time your order is placed.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually eligible for next-day delivery (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

You’ll see the available delivery options at checkout. If you have any urgent delivery needs, please reach out to us at sales@marzban.ae — our team will do their best to assist.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, for security reasons, most deliveries require a recipient signature upon arrival.
If you’re not available to sign:

  • Some couriers may leave a delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

  • You can also authorize a family member or neighbor to receive the package on your behalf.
